When you book your mobile bar with Rent A Bar, we’ll guide you through the planning process and take care of everything to do with your bar on the day. Here’s how we’ll ensure everything will go without a hitch (except of course, the bride and groom!)
We’ll meet with you to talk about your venue and discuss your bar options. We’ll help you select any drinks packages or optional extras you’d like, and run through your wedding day schedule.
Our bar team will arrive early and setup. We’ll work with others on the day to ensure your venue is ready for your guests’ arrival, greet your guests and serve welcome drinks. During the day, we’ll provide a great bar service, put your guests first and keep the bar and seating areas clean and tidy.
At the end of the event, we’ll dismantle the bar, clear away equipment and pack everything up, leaving your venue clean and tidy.
